1、 Operating instructions
1. Configuration requirements for external power supply of electromagnetic furnace: AC 380V (three-phase four wire), AC air switch & Ge; ___ a, external copper wire & Ge; __ square, and comply with industrial power safety code.
2. The electric box panel of electromagnetic furnace is equipped with voltmeter, ammeter, temperature controller, power display, power regulation knob and start / stop switch.
3. The external power supply shall be connected to the three-phase four wire terminal block (L1, L2, L3, n) inside the electric box and the screws shall be tightened. The installation and power connection personnel must have electrician qualification. Non professional electricians cannot install the high-voltage input connecting wire. Connect the ground wire to the electromagnetic furnace equipment shell, and the grounding shall comply with the electrician specifications.
4. After confirming that the wiring of external power supply and other access terminals is correct, turn on the power switch, power on the electromagnetic furnace, turn on the start / stop switch, turn the power gear knob after the yellow indicator on the display panel of the temperature controller (out1) is on, start and start the furnace, and preheat and dry the new crucible for about 5 hours (see the crucible use and maintenance instructions for the treatment method).
5、 Adjust the temperature controller to the temperature required for metal dissolution (usually 850 ℃ in the furnace and 200 ℃ on the furnace wall), and try to place crushed materials and nozzle materials in the first furnace of the crucible so that the aluminum material can be dissolved quickly. When putting in the aluminum material, please pay attention to whether it contains water. If there is water, it is absolutely forbidden to put it directly (to prevent water explosion and aluminum soup spraying), please put it on the furnace panel first and put it into operation after drying)
6. When shutting down the boiler, first turn the power knob back to & ldquo; 0”, Then turn off the start / stop switch.
7. Natural cooling inside the electromagnetic furnace.
8. The induction cooker is equipped with a material leakage alarm protection device. If the crucible leaks, the alarm device will start automatically.
9. The machine adopts dual temperature control in the furnace and furnace wall. When the temperature in the furnace or furnace wall reaches the set temperature of the thermostat, the furnace stops working and the power automatically returns to & ldquo; 0”,
Enter the insulation state. When the temperature in the furnace or furnace wall is lower than the set temperature of the thermostat, the furnace will start automatically, restart work and enter the smelting state.
10. During the daily work and use of the furnace, the set temperature of the temperature controller in the furnace shall not exceed 800 ℃, and the set temperature of the temperature controller on the furnace wall shall not exceed 200 ℃. The company shall not be liable for the losses caused by self-adjusting and exceeding the set temperature.
11. The wiring installation in the equipment must be carried out by professionals according to the national wiring rules, carefully read the installation and operation manual, and cut off the three-phase 380V strong current before installation.
12. The core of the machine adopts the water cooling mode. The water inlet / outlet must be connected before use. The water pipe adopts water circulation to ensure the heat dissipation of the machine core. During daily use, the interface must be regularly checked for water leakage to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.
2、 Maintenance
1. Frequently check whether the fan inside the electromagnetic furnace is damaged and does not rotate, and keep the heat dissipation of the internal circuit and coil of the furnace in good condition.
2. If there is a material leakage alarm in the crucible, it is necessary to replace the crucible, replace it with a crucible of the same model, and close the thermal insulation cotton reel and the crucible.
Relevant responsibilities: the electromagnetic induction smelting furnace produced by the company is a built-in high-voltage power supply equipment, and the installation and commissioning must be operated manually by professional qualification, and non professional personnel are prohibited from installation. In case of casualty accident or product damage caused by illegal operation, the company will not bear any economic and legal responsibility.
Attachment: wiring instructions for aluminum alloy electromagnetic furnace (the power of this machine is ____kw)
1、 Power access requirements: 380V three-phase four wire (wire diameter & Ge; __ Square), first connect the AC air switch (& Ge; __ a), then connect it to the three terminals & ldquo; L1, L2 and L3 & rdquo; in the control cabinet, and the zero line is connected to the & ldquo; n & rdquo; terminal.
2、 The ends a and B of the furnace coil wires are connected to the control box & ldquo; Coil a, coil B & rdquo; Terminal.
3、 Requirements for connection between furnace body and junction panel of electric box:
1. The access terminals ① and ② of the furnace wall temperature probe are correspondingly connected to the terminals ① and ② of the terminal panel;
2. Line ③ and ④ of furnace wall temperature probe shall be connected to terminal ③ and ④ of terminal panel correspondingly;
3. Wire ⑤ and ⑥ of crucible leakage alarm access terminal shall be connected to terminal ⑤ and ⑥ of terminal panel;
4. Furnace fan line access terminals 0 and ⑦ are correspondingly connected to terminals 0 and ⑦ of terminal panel;
5. The furnace temperature control rod access terminals ⑧ and ⑨ are connected to the terminal blocks ⑧ and ⑨ correspondingly;
Instructions for use and maintenance of graphite crucible:
1、 Special precautions for graphite crucible:
1. Pay attention not to impact the spear with mechanical external force, and do not fall or impact from a high place;
2. Do not be drenched with water. Store in a dry place;
3. After the melting is dry, do not let it come into contact with water;
4. After shutdown, the remaining aluminum and copper materials shall be taken out as far as possible, and no residual liquid shall be left in the crucible;
5. The use of acidification (slag remover, etc.) shall be appropriate to avoid corroding the crucible. Excessive use will corrode the crucible and cause cracking;
6. When feeding raw materials, do not hit the crucible and do not use mechanical force.
2、 Storage and handling:
1. Graphite crucible is afraid of water. It is absolutely necessary to avoid moisture temperature and being drenched by water;
2. Pay attention to surface bruises and do not put the crucible directly on the floor;
3. Do not roll horizontally on the floor. When pushing and rotating vertically on the ground, soft things such as thick cardboard or rags shall be padded on the ground to avoid bumping and abrading the bottom;
4. Please pay special attention when handling, and do not fall or hit.
3、 Preheating and drying treatment:
It is best to preheat the graphite crucible for 4-24 hours before the new crucible is used for the first time.
Before the new crucible is used, if possible, the wood can be placed in the crucible and burned for 2-4 hours, which is helpful for the dehumidification of the crucible.
1. The heating and preheating in the new crucible furnace are as follows:
Cracks appear in the crucible, mainly before 200 degrees. Pay special attention not to bake in a hurry, but to heat up slowly with medium-grade power to make the crucible have an adaptation process. Keep the temperature at 150 ℃ for at least 2 hours to completely eliminate moisture. Rapid drying or maximum power heating is easy to cause the crucible to crack. The heat conduction of the crucible is very fast. The preheating work has been done well in the early stage. When the crucible reaches 300 ℃, it can rise rapidly and will not burst.
A. The smothering temperature rises to 100 ℃, the empty pot is not covered, the furnace temperature is raised to 100 ℃, and then the constant temperature is maintained for 3 hours, and the power shall not exceed 25kW.
B. When 100 ℃ rises to 200 ℃, the empty pot is not covered, the furnace temperature is raised to 200 ℃, and then the constant temperature is maintained for 2 hours. The power shall not exceed 25kW.
C. When the temperature rises from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃, the empty pot is not covered, the furnace temperature is raised to 300 ℃, and then the constant temperature is maintained for 1 hour. The power shall not exceed 25kW.
D. The empty boiler shall be capped with 300 ℃ to 900 ℃, the furnace temperature shall be raised to 900 ℃, and then the constant temperature shall be maintained for 1 hour, and the power shall not exceed 25kW.
At this time, put dry and fine aluminum chips, and slowly add aluminum ingots after half a pot of aluminum water. The above temperature refers to the furnace (inside the furnace) temperature.
Note: the maximum heating rate is 400 ℃ / hour. During preheating, the crucible must be red without material, and the crucible must be dry.
2. After the boiler is shut down, scoop up the soup as clean as possible. Cover the furnace and close the vent. To maintain residual temperature.
3. When using the crucible again after furnace shutdown, observe the following baking system:
If the furnace is shut down for 1-3 days, keep preheating a, B and C unchanged, heat until the crucible is red, and then add dry and fine aluminum.
If the boiler is shut down for more than 7 days, operate as the first preheating of the new boiler.
4. When the new crucible is not used after opening for inspection, it shall be packed unopened and not placed in the furnace to avoid moisture. If the crucible is damp during use, the crucible shall be moved to the furnace for preheating for 8-24 hours, and the wood shall be placed in the crucible for combustion for 2-4 hours, and then preheated according to the above methods.
4、 Precautions during use:
1. Handle with care when feeding, and do not put it into the crucible vigorously to avoid breaking the crucible. The liquid level of molten aluminum in the crucible shall not exceed the lower edge of the panel iron ring. Do not increase the dosage at will, resulting in the overflow of molten aluminum and damage to the furnace body. The company shall not be responsible for the resulting loss and is not within the scope of warranty, and the cost of maintenance shall be calculated separately.
2. During normal use, it is recommended to replace the crucible with a new one within 6-8 months. If the crucible is not replaced within 6-8 months, the company will not be responsible for the equipment and other losses caused by it and will not guarantee it.
3. The service life of the crucible is longer without stopping for 24 hours. When the furnace is shut down, the molten soup in the crucible needs to be removed to avoid expansion during solidification and reheating of the molten soup, affecting the service life of the crucible and even bursting the crucible;
4. Melting aid: for the melting of aluminum alloy, use a small amount of fllux and borax of copper alloy. Due to the large amount of total erosion of the crucible wall, when the aluminum metal is dissolved into soup for at least 8 minutes, gently put it into the crucible and stir at a medium speed to avoid adhering to the inner wall of the crucible and corroding the crucible. The sodium (NA) content of aluminum alloy aid exceeds 10%, and a crucible of special material is required.
5. After the daily work is completed, when the crucible is still red, please quickly cut off and clean the metal material attached to the crucible wall, so as to avoid too much residue affecting heat transfer and increasing dissolution time, resulting in thermal expansion and bursting of the crucible.
