8: When the temperature drops to 200 ℃, turn off the mechanical pump (the lax pump reaches the normal temperature) and close all valves.
9: Release the pressure at room temperature, rush in the air and take out the raw materials.
10: If the operation is not continued, open the mechanical pump and pre pumping valve, vacuum for another 5 minutes, and close the mechanical pump and pre pumping valve. Adhere to the vacuum degree in the operation room to avoid water vapor intrusion.
11. Pressure operation: first, in the manual operation interface, the pressure reporting form is set to the automatic position, which can be operated directly with the instrument. After setting the program, press the run key for 3 seconds, and press the stop key for 3 seconds.
